China propaganda boss makes quiet NZ visit

A leading figure within the Chinese government’s propaganda system has made a low-key visit to New Zealand, shunning both the spotlight and any meetings with government figures.
Mo Gaoyi, the deputy head of the CCP’s Publicity Department and minister of the State Council Information Office, made a brief trip to the country before heading on to Australia.
